1984 Gold Wing Interstate

for '84 with an all-new engine and chassis. Massive torque lets
the new 1182 cc engine carry big touring loads effortlessly and
smoothly. And the new, low frame gets the power on the ground
with more stability and ground clearance. When you wrap it all
up in Honda's new design fairing, saddlebags and trunk, you've

- Interconnected braking system has ventilated front disc brakes using sintered metal pads
- Banking angle is increased 2 degrees
- Smaller-diameter cast alloy wheels -- 16-inch front, 15-inch rear -- help lower the CG

1984 Gold Wing Aspencade
The 10th year of the Gold Wing brings a complete redesign of
the world's touring leader. A new 1182 cc engine and
high-performance chassis are the basis of this luxury tourer,
which also comes with an improved on-board air-suspension
system, a new Type III AM/FM stereo receiver, plus all the
other great Aspencade features. And if that's not enough,
Honda's Hydraulic Valve Adjuster system makes for a new high
in low-maintenance luxury touring. It's the tour de force.
