Bodies

  • First front (foreward) door on an open Cadillac body
  • left side only on Foredoor Touring and Torpedo.
  • Torpedo body all steel on wood frame.
  • Limo body interchangeable with Touring and Coupe body interchangeable with Demi-tonneau (an inducement to year round motoring).

Chassis

  • Wheelbase lengthened to 2946mm
  • Brake drum diameter increased to 355.6mm
  • Double dropped frame.

Drive line

  • Rear axle changed to Timken full floating, with torsion arm and two universal joints in the drive shaft.

Engine

  • Bore increased to 114.3mm
  • Schebler Model L carburetor used.
  • Bosch high tension magneto and Delco single coil system used for dual ignition.

Serial numbers on plate on dash (with engine no.) Engine numbers were stamped on top surface of crankcase -- in front of and to the left of number one (front) cylinder. Starting: 50000. Ending: 60018.
